This month sees the launch of a new series of networking events. Two longstanding local businesses, Close Finance and Moore Stephens, have created the events to provide local professionals with the opportunity to get together and share ideas on how to operate in the current tough trading conditions.
Local entrepreneur Aaron Chatterley CEO of the hugely successful online retailer feelunique.com is the keynote speaker for the first event, which takes place from 7.45am on Tuesday 26th March at The Club Hotel & Spa, St Helier.
Discussing the motivation behind the event Philip Legrand, Business Development Manager at Close Finance said, ?We feel that there are very few true networking events for those of us involved with small to medium sized businesses; and so together with Moore Stephens we hope to run a series of events, which are not only useful from a networking perspective, but which will provide the opportunity for attendees to discuss the salient challenges they are currently facing and share successful strategies to help overcome them.?

Around a hundred and twenty five guests are expected to attend the first breakfast meeting and as a commitment to supporting local charities, the event?s hosts have agreed to donate 20% of the ticket sales to the Jersey branch of The Prince?s Trust.
