Job description:

• Be available to assist front line supervisors and managers with day to day HR issues arising from employees within the mine sites.
• Provide generalist HR advice to supervisors and managers.
• Undertake recruitment activities in line with company procedures.
• Support the implementation of revised Human Resource and global company procedures.
• Coordinate and keep up to date employee personnel files.
• Provide general HR administration support.
• Assist with employee performance management and reviews.
• Perform all Human Resources activities in alignment with the Corporate KPI?s, Strategies, Visions and Values.
• Encourage, adopt and foster change management initiatives.
• Tertiary education in Human Resources or similar
• ?2- 4 years experience post graduation, preferably in a mining environment
• Highly effective written and verbal communications
• Solid computing skills
