Microsoft working on hand gesture control technology for computers ...

Microsoft will soon be out with a gesture control technology for computers that will let you control all the basic functions like scrolling through pictures or using the volume control of the computer. This technology surprisingly requires no extra hardware; just the microphone and speaker build into the laptop. The trick is it uses the Doppler effect which tells how far away from the laptop your hand is by bouncing the sound waves and sending the data back to the software. The technology can have many applications in the future for example in human interface systems and for computers; well we could be on the verge of using them just with hand gestures.
